Why this for breakfast? Because you have to get up and go get it before they sell out of the beef, usually well before noon. At least at this particular shop.

Thinly sliced beef thrown into a soup stock boiling so hot the beef is cooked instantly, accompanied by a sauce filled with ginger. I mean filled.

Yum.

In order to get this delicious dish you have to go out to the countryside. You know, where cows live. But then it's everywhere!
