"Don't make this weird."
"But... the dickwolves..."
Oh, so true. How many times have a stuck around doing more than necessary because EVERYONE MUST SURVIVE in a game?
It's kind of like a compulsive OCD-like 'I have to eat all my peas or the ones left on the plate will miss their family' kind of thing.
Oh, this? This may just be the single most *ingenious motivational thing* I've ever seen. Ever.
I'll bet I grind to a higher level quicker than you do!
At least until I get bored.
UPDATE: web site here. By updating this post I completed a task and am expecting to get some epic loot as an epic reward.
So I was going through the All Things Digital site, watching videos, when low-and-behold I get the 'Flash plug-in has crashed' error.
It's not that I'm excited about this particular _game_ coming out for the platform (though I do think it'll be great to finally play this hyped-into-the-stratosphere game to completion since my Windows machine went boobs-up a few years ago), it's more what the existence of these games means for my platform of choice going forward.
That these guys are committing to version parity of all of their games going forward between platforms like this is just awesome. I might mention Blizzard has already done this for a while now - and apparently it's successful enough that they continue to do it.
Oh, and I like the commercial.
If you have time to waste online, I highly advise you to spend it all here viewing all 365 days of Stormtrooper action.
Really fun.
The Best Web Designer Alive
Marko BijelicI'm Ever Better Than the Ones Who are Dead!
Nobody ever asks me who the best web designers in the world is anymore. My answer is a foregone conclusion. However, I am now often asked, "Who is the world's second-best web designer?" Do I look like I give a damn? Here is a few other frequently asked question I've received by email or in person in last ten years.
Got a link via @gruber - really a nice photo log, but this one in particular stood out to me.
My favorite chain:
Last thing I remember is a crash -> Are you in a barn? -> No, it's a shed -> Close enough, wise ass
